Friday 26th October

We have had a very busy week!  We have continued to share familiar stories.  We listened very carefully to the stories and we joined in with repeated phrases.  We enjoyed using different voices for the different characters.  Some of us chose to draw, paint, write or act out the story afterwards.

We enjoyed making jelly ready for us to play with during our Stay and Play session.  We looked at the jelly and we smelled it!  We helped to break it up then we watched as it dissolved in the boiling hot water.  We talked about what we could see happening.

We really enjoyed our Stay and Play sessions on Wednesday. Thank you so much for joining us, it was lovely to see so many of you here.

We had a fantastic party on Thursday.  Everyone looked great dressed up!  Thanks again for your kind donations of party food.

Lots of us decorated a poppy for St. Mary's Church in Magor.  Hopefully you will see them displayed there over the next couple of weeks.

Next Week....

Is Half Term!  Have a lovely week.  Nursery starts back on Monday 5th November.  PE will also start back this week (Thursday 8th November).  We may not have Forest School every other week as we will need to start practising for our Christmas Concerts!  We will let you know after the half term if we intend to run Forest School sessions.
